Minced steaks with crème fraîche beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 600 g frozen beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 Bag of mashed potatoes with milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 150 g Fresh cream

Directions

    Knead minced meat with egg and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper. Form 8 steaks. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the steaks in it at medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning several times

    Put the beans into boiling salted water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion into small cubes, chop garlic. Heat butter, fry onion and garlic for about 10 minutes

    Bring 500 ml water to the boil, remove from the heat and allow to cool for 1 minute. Stir in puree flakes

    Remove the steaks from the pan and keep them warm. Add honey to the frying set in the pan, heat it up and season with chilli. Drain the beans in a sieve, add crème fraîche to the onion and garlic mixture, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the minced steaks with the honey sauce, beans and mashed potatoes
