Minced steak with savoy cabbage vegetables (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 320 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Pork mince
  • 1 TABLESPOON Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 300 g cleaned savoy cabbage
  • 100 g cleaned red pepper
  • 1/4 l milk (1,5 %)
  • 1 knife tip vegetable binder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Knead minced meat and curd. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form 2 steaks from the minced meat mixture. Heat oil in a coated pan.

    Fry the steaks for about 8 minutes, turning them over. Cut the savoy cabbage and bell pepper into strips. Melt the fat in a pot. Sauté vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Pour on milk, stir in the binding agent and bring to the boil.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes, vegetables and steaks on plates. Serve garnished with parsley.
