Minced steak with fried egg and salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 200 g small tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch fresher or
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS TK-Dill
  • 3-4 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 5 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers

Directions

    Peel and chop the onions. Clean and wash the cucumber and slice or cut it into fine slices. Tomatoes wash, halve. Wash dill and cut finely

    Mix vinegar, dill, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip 2 tablespoons of oil into it. Mix with cucumber, tomatoes and half onions. Let it stand for about 20 minutes

    Knead minced meat, 1 egg, remaining onions and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Form 4 flat minced steaks from it

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm if necessary

    Fry 4 eggs in hot frying fat until they are fried. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with minced steaks and salad. Tastes good with farmhouse bread or fried potatoes

    If you still have capers in stock, knead 1-2 teaspoons into the mince
