Minced steak with fried egg

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON vinegar, 2 tsp oil
  • 1 peeled onion
  • 50 g peeled apple
  • 100 g pickled beetroot
  • 100 g Minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Low-fat curd
  • 1 Egg (Gr. S)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives and cress
  • 4 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad

Directions

    Wash potatoes and cook covered in salted water for about 20 minutes

    Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in 1 tsp. oil. Halve the onion. Cut apple and beetroot into pieces and half an onion into slices. Mix everything with the marinade and let it stand for a while

    Finely dice the rest of the onion. Knead with mince and curd. Season with salt and pepper. Form a flat minced steak. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for about 5 minutes on each side. Fry the egg in the pan as a fried egg

    Wash the herbs and chop finely. Drain the potatoes. Add milk and mash everything finely. Season to taste. Arrange everything and sprinkle with herbs. Garnish if necessary.

    Since commercial beetroot is pickled with not even a little sugar, diabetics should better buy a product with sweetener
