Ingredients

  • 1/2 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) small onion
  • 150 g Minced beef
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 25 g) Spring onion
  • 40 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 (approx. 75 g) Tomato
  • 50 g Rocket salad
  • 5 black olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herb Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Branch Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rosemary and thyme

Directions

    Soak rolls in water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, half of the onion, egg yolk and squeezed out roll. Pluck rosemary needles from the stem and chop roughly. Season minced dough with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. Form into a steak.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the minced steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. In the meantime cut spring onion into fine rings. Roughly dice the feta cheese. Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Wash the romaine lettuce and cut into strips. Mix tomatoes, lettuce, remaining onions and olives carefully. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil under it and pour it over the salad. Remove the thyme leaves and sprinkle over the lettuce. Arrange minced steak and salad on a plate. Sprinkle steak with feta cheese and spring onions.

    Mix tomatoes, lettuce, remaining onions and olives carefully. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil under it and pour it over the salad. Remove the thyme leaves and sprinkle over the lettuce. Arrange minced steak and salad on a plate. Sprinkle steak with feta cheese and spring onions. Serve garnished with rosemary and thyme. Served with baguette
