Put flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in 150 ml lukewarm water, add and knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the parsley, dab dry and cut the leaves into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes for 1-2 minutes.
Add minced meat to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste, fry briefly, then add tomato juice and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika powder and some chili flakes. Stir in half of the parsley. Peel red onions and cut them into rings. Dice the feta cheese. Knead the pizza dough again slightly and cut in half. Roll out dough pieces on a floured work surface to 2 oval pizza bases and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. Spread the minced meat on the bases and cover with feta cheese, onion rings and whole peppers. Bake pizzas in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.
