Mince-vegetable pan with sesame

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1 Pointed cabbage (approx. 750 g)
  • 150 g Sweet peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp or frozen peas
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 400-500 g lean mince
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 100 ml sweet-sour Asian sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp or chili sauce
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp some Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Quarter the pointed cabbage, clean, wash and cut into strips. Clean and wash the mangetouts and spring onions. Cut spring onions into rings. Peel onion, cut into thin slices

    Roast sesame seeds in a wok or large pan, remove. Fry the minced meat in 1 tbsp. hot oil until coarsely crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, take out

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry the onion, pointed cabbage, sugar snap peas and spring onions for 5-7 minutes, turning them in portions. Add the minced meat again. Stir in Asian sauce and simmer briefly. Season to taste with soy sauce, possibly salt and sambal and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice (e.g. basmati)
