Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Fry the ground pork in a large pan until crumbly and take it out. Add oil to the frying fat, heat up. Fry the potato cubes for about 15 minutes at medium heat.
Gradually add 100 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper. Peel onions and chop them roughly. Add minced meat and onions and fry for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Arrange the potatoes on plates and garnish with marjoram.
Gherkins taste good with it.
