Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 500 g + 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful love beads and sugar decoration
  • baking paper

Directions

    Sieve 500 g icing sugar into a mixing bowl. Add the egg white and mix with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth mixture. Pour two portions into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray different motifs (e.g. hearts, stars, umbrella etc.) on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper.

    Decorate immediately. Leave to dry for 24 hours at room temperature. Dust with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar. Hang on bows and ribbons at will on branches during the Advent season
