Ingredients

  • 5 Pimento and peppercorns
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Cumin
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 200 ml Oil

Directions

    Roast spices, crush roughly. Peel garlic, chop 1 clove, cut the other in half. Wash thyme and dab dry. Remove leaves from half of the clove and chop. Mix everything with lemon juice and oil.
