Chop the pistachios, put something aside for garnishing. Wash mint, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for a little to garnish, and chop them. ##Peel ginger and cut into very thin strips, put something aside for garnishing.
Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Knead minced meat, egg, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, pistachios, ginger and ##mint##. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs at medium heat while turning for about 10 minutes. Arrange and garnish with ginger, ##pistachios## and mint.
