Peel and finely dice 1 onion and garlic. Knead minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, diced onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Form small oval dumplings from the minced dough. Clean the mushrooms, rub with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Peel 2 onions and cut into thin slices.
Cut cucumbers into fine strips. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs all around for about 8 minutes at medium heat and take them out. Fry the mushrooms and onions for 3 minutes in the frying fat and take them out. Add flour to the pan and fry until it begins to brown. Deglaze with stock, cream and wine and bring to the boil. Stir in mustard. Add onions, mushrooms and meatballs to the sauce. Let everything simmer at low heat for about 5 minutes.

Pour pasta on a sieve and drain. Arrange minced rolls of stroganoff and noodles together on plates. Serve garnished with marjoram
