Mayonnaise with dried tomatoes, basil and aiwar

Ingredients

  • 3 dried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1/4 l Oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Finely dice the tomatoes. Wash basil, dab dry, remove leaves and cut into strips. Whisk the egg yolks, salt and mustard with the whisk of the hand mixer to a thick mass.

    Add oil drop by drop. Stir in diced tomatoes, basil and aiwar. Season to taste with ##lemon##juice and sugar.
