Mayonnaise with dill, capers and lime peel

Ingredients

  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 2 TEASPOONS Gourmet Captains
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1/4 l Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON finely grated lime zest
  • 1 TEASPOON Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash the dill, dab dry, pluck the pennants and chop finely. Halve the capers. Whisk the egg yolks, salt and mustard with the whisk of the hand mixer to a thick mass. Add the oil drop by drop.
