Mayonnaise with coriander, pink berries and wasabi

Ingredients

  • 3 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 1/2 TEASPOON pink berries
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1/4 l Oil
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Wasabi
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash the coriander, dab dry, remove the leaves and chop finely. Coarsely chop pink ##berries##. Whisk the egg yolks, salt and mustard with the whisk of the hand mixer to a thick mass.

    Add oil drop by drop. Stir in coriander, ##wasabi## and pink berries. Season to taste with lemon juice and sugar.
