Wash the potatoes thoroughly or brush them vigorously. Cook in water for about 20 minutes
Cut the cucumbers into very thin slices. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix both with sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice
Peel onions and cut them into rings. Drain the potatoes, quench and possibly peel off the skin. Rinse and dab the maties. Serve with dip and onions. Garnish with lemon, lime, herbs and possibly dill flowers
