Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 2-3 (150 g) Gherkins
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Apples
  • 4-6 (approx. 375 g) Matie's fillets
  • 1-2 Onions (e.g. red)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Salad Mayonnaise
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 4 TSP grated horseradish (from the jar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp 800 g-1 kg small potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Cleaning radishes, washing them. Drain the cucumbers. Peel, quarter and core the apple. Rinse the maties, dab dry. Chop and mix everything very finely

    Peel and chop the onions. Mix with mayonnaise, yoghurt, horseradish and 3-4 tbsp. cucumber stock. Season with pepper. Mix with the salad ingredients and leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Season to taste again

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel. Melt butter on it. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle them on top. Arrange potatoes and Matjes salad

    Drink: beer and clear
