  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp red and green food colouring

Directions

  1. 1

Knead marzipan with icing sugar. Colour 100 g marzipan brown with cocoa. Knead 20 g marzipan with red food colouring. Colour a little marzipan green. Form approx. 50 g brown marzipan into a cone. Flatten the pointed end of the cone and press a hollow into it with your thumb.

  2. 2

Form 40 g of brown marzipan into a cone as well. Cut the pointed end. Shape the two resulting parts into ears. Decorate the face with a little light brown and red marzipan. Place the head on the body.

  3. 3

Form a strand from the remaining red marzipan and shape it into a flat "coat". Place around the body and press on. Form 2 "hands" and "feet" from the remaining light marzipan.

  4. 4

Decorate with brown marzipan. Attach to the body, possibly stick on with some water. Form green marzipan into a long thin strand and put it around your neck as a scarf.
