Ingredients

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 12 (approx. 80 g) Coconut marshmallows
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Cut marshmallows in half horizontally. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer

    Add egg and chocolate one after the other and mix each. Mix flour and baking powder and knead in

    Using a tablespoon, spread about 12 piles of dough on each of two baking trays lined with baking paper. Place the piles of dough in a round form and cover with marshmallows. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: stage 2) for approx. 10 minutes each in succession
