Marinated pork chops with green beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Pork chops (approx. 175 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Chili Flakes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 450 g frozen green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the chops and pat them dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix garlic, chili flakes, chili sauce and soy sauce. Spread a thin layer on the chops and cover them. Set chops and remaining marinade aside

    Wash lemon hot and tear off half of the peel in zests. Cook the beans for 5-6 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse briefly in cold water. Drain the beans well

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for approx. 4 minutes, turning it over, then brush both sides with the remaining marinade and continue to fry carefully for approx. 1 minute. Heat the fat in a second pan. Swirl the beans and lemon zests in it for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange meat and beans on plates. Drizzle with the broth and serve
