Ingredients

  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 collar Thyme
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

Directions

    Clean the mushrooms, rub or possibly wash them, drain well. Leave the mushrooms whole or halve them, depending on size. Wash thyme, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing. Chop the rest roughly. Heat 40 ml of oil in portions in a frying pan.

    Sauté the mushrooms in it in portions, sprinkle with thyme and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Drizzle 40 ml olive oil over them. Serve mushrooms lukewarm or cold. Garnish with set aside thyme and lemon wedges
