Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • 7-9 TABLESPOONS salty soy sauce
  • 7-9 TABLESPOONS sweet soy sauce
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 750 g Pork tenderloin
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) Flour
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 375 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Clean the chilli, remove seeds, chop. Mix with both soy sauces, honey and about 3/8 l water. Chop meat roughly. Pour marinade over it. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 2 hours

    Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and cut them into slices. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Drain the meat, collect the marinade. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Take out

    Fry the mushrooms in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Fry the tomatoes for 1 minute. Add meat. Sweat flour in it. Stew with 1/4 l water, the marinade and cream for about 10 minutes, season to taste

    Cook for 8 minutes. Drain. Wash and chop the parsley. Arrange goulash and noodles. Sprinkle with parsley
