  • 2 Kiwis
  • 100 g Mango pulp
  • 1 package (200 g) Gelling sugar; without boiling
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime

Directions

    Peel the kiwi, weigh 100 g of flesh and cut into small pieces. Cut the mango into small pieces as well. Put it into a high mixing bowl with jam sugar and lime juice, puree everything for about 45 seconds. Pour the fruit spread into clean glasses and store in the fridge until you eat it. (Shelf life approx. 14 days)
