Peel onions and garlic. Halve the onions and cut the garlic into slices. Wash lemon, cut into slices. Wash and chop the herbs. Cut chicken into 8-10 pieces, wash and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper
Fry the parts in hot oil. Fry garlic and onions briefly. Add tomatoes (with juice) and 1/8 l water. Chop the tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stir in stock, lemon and herbs. Cover and stew for about 50 minutes
Add olives after 30 minutes, season to taste. Goes well with rice or bread
Drink: light red wine
