Ingredients

  • 400 g macaroni, salt
  • 2 can(s) (185 ml each) Tuna in oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream or milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 100 g Edam cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp parsley and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain the tuna. Peel and chop onion and garlic

    Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil. Sweat tomato paste with. Add tomatoes, chop a little and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in cream, season to taste

    Drain the pasta. Place the tuna, peas and tomato sauce in a large greased casserole dish. Grate cheese over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with parsley
