Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 350 g Macaroni Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 300 g Leeks (leek)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Salami sausage in one piece
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried Italian herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 8 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

  1. 1

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel garlic and dice finely. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean the leek, quarter it lengthwise, wash and cut into pieces.

  2. 2

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut salami into cubes. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until coarsely crumbly. Add herbs, garlic, mushrooms and leek and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning.

  3. 3

Finally mix in tomatoes and salami, remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Grease a well closing springform pan (26 cm Ø). Double the aluminium foil and wrap the outside of the springform pan tightly in it.

  4. 4

Place on a baking tray. Place the pasta on the base in a spiral shape. Alternately layer minced meat mixture and noodles. Distribute the minced meat only in the middle, not at the edges. Whisk eggs, cream and milk.

  5. 5

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour egg cream over the minced cake. Bake immediately in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Take out of the oven and remove from the mould.

  6. 6

    Garnish with oregano.
