Macaroni and ham casserole

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, paprika
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 g sliced boiled ham
  • 2-3 stem(s) Marjoram and parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 4 eggs, 1/4 milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 100 g grated gouda

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Drain, let drain

    Clean and wash the mushrooms and peppers. Halve or quarter the mushrooms depending on their size and chop the peppers. Cut ham into strips. Wash the herbs and chop half finely

    Heat the oil. Fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Fry the peppers for about 3 minutes. Add ham, peas and chopped herbs. Season everything with pepper and some salt

    Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Turn up the noodles to 4 nests. Put them into a greased casserole dish. Fill in vegetable mixture and pour the egg milk over it. Sprinkle with cheese

    Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. Garnish with rest of herbs

    Drink: dry red wine
