Ingredients

  • 1 ring/s Lyoner
  • 2 m. tall Onions
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 small can/s Peas
  • 8 large Potatoes
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON Oregano
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Then cook them in hot water (lightly salted) for about 15 minutes.

    Skin Lyoner and also cut into small pieces, cut mushrooms into small slices, finely chop onions.

    Drain the potatoes. Meanwhile heat 2-3 tbsp. oil in a frying pan and cut the peppers into small cubes.

    Fry the lyon in a pan, then add the mushrooms, onions and potatoes.

    Deglaze with cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes at low heat. Add peas and paprika & mix. Season with thyme & oregano, then season to taste with salt, pepper (also with Tabasco).

    Mix everything well and season to taste and if it tastes good, put the pan on the table. Bon appetit!
