Lukewarm zucchini bean salad with lamb sausages

Ingredients

  • 500 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Yellow courgettes (approx. 250 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Stem(s) Savory
  • 2 stem(s) Peppermint
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Lamb sausages (approx. 80 g each)

Directions

    Wash and clean the beans and cook them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash and clean the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel garlic and onion. Onion in columns, garlic in slices cut. Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop

    Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the zucchini and onion for about 15 minutes while turning. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. After about 10 minutes add beans and season with prepared herbs.

    In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a second pan and fry the sausages for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Arrange vegetables and sausages
