Ingredients

  • 500 g Lilac Berries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 150 g fine white tea candy
  • 700 ml Vodka

Directions

    Wash the lilac berries thoroughly, put them into a pot, fill up with 250 ml water, heat briefly. Pour into a sieve, drain the lilac berries well and let them cool down. Put the lilac berries, vanillin sugar and rock candy into a large, easy-to-close glass, pour in vodka

    Close well and leave in a dark place for 6-8 weeks. Turn carefully several times. Then pour through a fine sieve, collecting the liqueur. Squeeze the lilac berries lightly with the back of a spoon. Pour the liqueur into a bottle that can be closed well
