Ingredients

  • 1/4 Iceberg lettuce (approx. 125 g)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 8 Radishes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 60 g Salmon ham (in slices)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Clean the iceberg lettuce, cut into very fine strips, wash and drain. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Clean cucumber and radishes, wash, wash, cut into wafer-thin slices or slice.

    Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix cucumber, radishes, tomatoes and lettuce and arrange in glasses.

    Roll up the ham slices, cut them into pieces and spread them on top. Pour sauce over it. Serve garnished with chive tips.
