Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt (e.g. Bulgaria)
  • 250 g Edible quark (20% fat in dry matter)
  • 100 ml liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Wash the lemon, dab dry and finely grate the peel. Mix yoghurt, quark and lemon peel. Arrange on small plates just before serving. Drizzle with honey and decorate with lemon balm as desired
