Ingredients

  • 6 Stem(s) Mint
  • 1/4 l Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 250 g Extra jam sugar

Directions

    Wash the mint leaves, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Put lemon juice, 1/4 litre water and jam sugar in a pot. Mix well. Bring to the boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Then boil for 1 minute until bubbly. Add mint. Fill into glasses immediately and close them
