Leek and ham rolls au gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 g Stalk leek (leek)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 TEASPOON getr. ital. Herbs
  • 1 disc (70 g) cooked ham without fat edge
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 60 g low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil for garnishing
  • 1 (50 g) Wholemeal bread roll

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into 4-6 pieces. Boil up approx. 1/8 l water, stock and herbs. Cover the leek and steam for about 8 minutes. Drain, collect the stock

    Cut the ham lengthwise into 4-6 strips. Wrap around one piece of leek each. Place the leek in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with pepper and pour on some broth

    Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the leek. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/recirculating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes. Garnish with basil if desired. Add the bread rolls
