Ingredients

  • 400-500 g Strawberries
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 small balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 8 small balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Yoghurt forest fruit-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Schokoladen-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rasp or streusel
  • 4 Ice cream cone hearts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Wash, drain and clean the strawberries. Depending on the size, halve or quarter them. Put the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle sugar over them. Cover and let stand for a short time

    Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until very stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. If necessary, fill the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout

    Fill 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and 2 scoops of yoghurt and forest fruit ice cream alternately with the strawberries into dessert glasses

    Spray the cream as spots on it. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or sprinkles and put an ice-cream cone heart in each. Decorate with lemon balm
