Lamb's lettuce with buttermilk dressing

Ingredients

  • 175 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 red chilli pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well

    Clean and wash the chillies and cut them into fine rings. Wash parsley, dab dry, remove leaves and chop finely. Mix buttermilk, lemon juice and zest, parsley and chili. Season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Arrange salad and dressing on plates
