  • 175 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated peel of 1 untreated lime
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Wasabi paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Peanut oil

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well

    Season lime juice, lime zest and wasabi with salt, pepper and sugar. Embezzle oil drop by drop

    Arrange salad and dressing on plates
