Ingredients

  • 800 g Lamb (boneless leg)
  • 3-4 medium-sized onions
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 3 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Tomato paste
  • 500 g green beans
  • 1-2 stem(s) Savory
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Peel onions. Clean and wash the soup greens. Cut both into small cubes

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the meat in it in portions. Season with salt and pepper. Brown the onions and soup vegetables, then briefly sauté the tomato paste in it. Add the remaining meat and 1 l water, bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 1 hour
