Clean, peel and wash the kohlrabi. Cook in 3/4 l boiling salted water for 30-40 minutes
Soak the buns. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Cut chives into small rolls. Knead bread roll, minced meat, egg and chives, season well. Mix in tomatoes
Drain the kohlrabi, collect 1/2 l brew. Cut off one lid from each kohlrabi. Scoop out the kohlrabi with a spoon and put them into an ovenproof dish. Dice the inside of the kohlrabi
Mix half with chopped mass. Pour into the kohlrabi. Put a lid on top of the kohlrabi if necessary. Spread pieces of kohlrabi and possibly the rest of the filling around it
Dissolve the stock in the brew, add. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 35-45 minutes. Rice tastes good with it
