Kohlrabi potato casserole Hamminkeln

Ingredients

  • 6 Potatoes
  • 3 Kohlrabi
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 400 g Crabs
  • 100 g grated cheese 30
  • 1 Bag Weight Watchers Sauce Oven Fish
  • 100 ml Crème Fine for cooking
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chopped parsley

Directions

    Cut potatoes and kohlrabi into thin slices, cook them together for 10 minutes in salted water Put half of the vegetables with the potatoes in an ovenproof dish, cover with hard-boiled eggs (in slices) and prawns, then place the rest of the vegetables on top

    Prepare the gratin sauce according to the instructions on the packet and stir in the Creme Fine. Pour over the casserole and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes and sprinkle with parsley for 4 people 11PPs.
