Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 500 g fresher or
  • 250 g frozen kale, salt
  • 1 big onion
  • 4-5 drop of oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, possibly some sugar
  • 1 cup(s) (60 g) Mashed potato flakes with milk
  • 1 (approx. 10 g) lean slice of ham without fat edge
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) liquid sour cream possibly pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp and parsley to garnish

Directions

  1. 1

Sort, pluck and wash the kale. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Quench, drain well and chop roughly

  2. 2

Peel and slice the onion. Spread the bottom of the pot with oil, heat up. Sauté onion in it. Steam the kale briefly. Add approx. 1/8 l water and stock. Bring to the boil, cover and stew for 30-40 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar

  3. 3

Bring 2 cups of water to the boil, remove from the stove. Stir in the purée flakes. Let it swell for about 1 minute. Stir, season to taste

  4. 4

Arrange kale, mashed potatoes and ham. Pour sour cream over the kale. Garnish

  5. 5

This is how kale tastes more hearty: dice the ham and sauté together with the onion
