Kale vegetables with salmon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg fresh cleaned kale
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 500 g Salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS coarse mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balance Cream

Directions

    Wash the kale thoroughly and blanch briefly in boiling water. Pour the cabbage onto a sieve, let it cool down and cut it into smaller pieces. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot.

    Add sugar and caramelise. Add kale and onions. Add stock, bring to the boil and cook for about 45 minutes. Wash salmon and cut into large cubes. Dab salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon for 5-6 minutes. Season the kale with mustard, salt and pepper. Arrange kale and salmon together. Add a little crème balance, sprinkle with coarse pepper and serve.

    Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
