Mix milk, yolk, salt, sugar and flour well, fold in cream and the stiff snow, add raisins.
Heat half of the butter in a pan, pour in half of the dough and let it brown on the underside, turn it over, also brown, tear it into small pieces with two forks, fry it briefly, arrange it; prepare the second half of the dough the same way.
(Let the dough rest for a while if necessary.)
Before serving, sprinkle the slices with vanilla and icing sugar. Serve with plum roaster or other compote.
