Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and slice the stems. Steam broccoli in a little salted water for about 8 minutes and drain
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Quench cold and drain on a sieve
In the meantime clean and wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat, mushrooms and onions for about 10 minutes. Add tomato paste, tomatoes and bay leaves, bring everything to the boil and season with salt and pepper
Dice the mozzarella cheese. Remove bay leaves from the sauce. Layer broccoli, pasta and minced sauce in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with cheese cubes and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes
