Iceberg salad with fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 4 Bananas
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 1 can(s) Pineapple pieces
  • 4 discs Chicken filets
  • 150 gr mayonnaise
  • 4 Essl. yoghurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt + pepper

Directions

    Cut salad into pieces, peel bananas and kiwis, cut them into slices, add pineapple pieces and mix everything together on plates.

    Mix mayonaise with yoghurt, lemon juice and spices, pour over the salad. Cut the chicken into strips, season and fry all around in the pan and pour over the salad.
