Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 400 g Tomatoes,1 pepper
  • 6 Spring onions
  • 4 Anchovy fillets
  • 15 Olives
  • 1 can(s) Tuna in oil
  • 1 Essl. Kapern.
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Essl olive oil
  • 1 Essl. lemon juice
  • 2 Essl. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Chillies

Directions

    Boil eggs, tomatoes, peppers, spring onions, anchovies, chilli and garlic in small cubes (chilli to taste). Put everything in a bowl, add capers and tuna.

    Mix oil, lemon and vinegar, pour over the salad, mix well and leave to stand for 2 hours, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with slices of egg.
