Ice cream dessert with fruits

Ingredients

  • 30 g sliced almonds
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 6 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 4 Cocktail cherries (from the glass)
  • 8 Chocolate biscuits
  • 1 (500 ml) Ice cream cake "Royal Advocate"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Peel and slice the kiwis. Drain apricots and cut into slices. Cut the ice cream cake into 8 pieces. Arrange kiwis, apricots, cocktail cherries, biscuits and 2 pieces of ice cream cake on 4 dessert plates. Sprinkle with almonds and dust with icing sugar
