Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Peel and slice the kiwis. Drain apricots and cut into slices. Cut the ice cream cake into 8 pieces. Arrange kiwis, apricots, cocktail cherries, biscuits and 2 pieces of ice cream cake on 4 dessert plates. Sprinkle with almonds and dust with icing sugar
