Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the minced meat in it. Wash and clean the tomato, cut into pieces and add to the mince. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and marjoram. Add stock and bring to the boil.
Add the vegetable mix and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in ketchup, season again. Arrange chili con carne with a dash of crème légère. Garnish with marjoram. Add toasted bread.
