Ingredients

  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Horseradish from the jar
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Stir yoghurt, mayonnaise and horseradish until smooth. Wash and quarter the apple, cut out the core and grate roughly. Stir into the mayonnaise. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar.
