Ingredients

  • 600 g low-fat French fries (3% fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 8 Shashlik skewers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 350 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar (approx. 60 g) Rocket
  • 4 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbal salt

    Place the chips on the greased pan of the oven lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Heat oil in a coated pan. Season shish kebabs with salt and pepper and fry them in portions all around in the pan. Place skewers on a baking tray and brush with honey. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.

    Wash and clean the rocket and drain well. Mix tomatoes, rocket, vinegar and olive oil and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. About 10 minutes before the fries are ready, slide the baking tray with the skewers under the fat pan and finish cooking. Arrange the shashlik with the salad on plates.
